Our Goal is to abate the long-term effects of trauma by expanding access to affordable and effective trauma specific animal assisted mental health services, with our efforts concentrated on youth and young adults.

Our Services
The Lucky Horse Sanctuary (LHS) is a healing and magical place that promotes wellness of the mind, body, and spirit, using rescued animals to guide clients through the journey of recovery, healing and acceptance.
The Lucky Horse Sanctuary is recognized as the certified Wildlife Habitat.
The Therapeutic Farm Program
The Therapeutic Farm Program provides mental health counseling for children, adolescents, young adults, and adults.
Horse Whisper Kids Program
At The Lucky Horse Sanctuary, we believe that nature makes children healthier and happier. Learning to play and be outside sparks curiosity and imagination, and helps build social connections.
Our Wounded Healers
The Lucky Horse Sanctuary has herds of rescue horses, miniatures, and other farm animals that offer Animal Assisted Therapy & Wellness Activities assisting clients in their own journey of self-discovery, healing and recovery.
